Palazzo Del Sol was the first new build on Fisher Island in more than 8 years.
The lobbies of Palazzo Del Sol are exquisite … decorative patterns and poetic details ensure each individual space unfolds in its own characteristic style. One of the key elements of the design of the interiors for Palazzo Del Sol was to seamlessly unite the interiors with the outdoors.

Built in 2016, this 10-story upscale Mediterranean style condominium offers 43 units, multiple private massage rooms, poolside cabanas with outdoor kitchens, a hair salon, and our oceanside views. Units range from 3-6 bedroom configurations, and living areas ranging from 3,800 to 9,800 sq. ft.
