ASR Construction has had the pleasure of building three luxury condominiums on Fisher Island, all requiring extensive planning and attention to detail to execute. Palazzo Del Mare, Palazzo Del Sol, and Palazzo Della Luna all required numerous specialty parties to ensure a safe, high-quality, and time-efficient project. We are proud to say that not only did we meet our high standards, but we surpassed the clients’ expectations. Palazzos Del Mare, Del Sol, and Della Luna are testament to our expertise as the area’s foremost GCs in luxury property construction. These projects were successful thanks to ASR’s high-level pre-coordination, quality control and work ethic (including commitment to safety) at every job site.
Built in 2007, Palazzo Del Mare is a 10-story upscale Mediterranean style condominium. It features 34 units, multiple private swimming pools, a private media theater, a fitness center, and oceanside views. Units range from 3-6 bedroom configurations with living areas ranging from 3,690 to 7,025 sf.
