This is one of three luxury condominium projects ASR built on Fisher Island. The other two are Palazzo Del Mare and Palazzo Della Luna.
Built in 2016, this 10-story upscale Mediterranean style condominium offers 43 units, multiple private massage rooms, poolside cabanas with outdoor kitchens, a hair salon, and oceanside views. Units range from 3-6 bedroom configurations, with living areas ranging from 3,800 to 9,800 sq. ft. The lobby of this condominium is also showcased as one of our Interiors projects.
Completion of all three complexes required numerous specialty parties to ensure a safe, high-quality, and time-efficient project. We are proud to say that not only did we meet our high standards, but we surpassed the clients’ expectations.
Palazzo Del Sol is another testament to our expertise as the area’s foremost GCs in luxury property construction. It was successful thanks to ASR’s high-level pre-coordination, quality control and work ethic (including commitment to safety) at every job site.
